Event overview

Start the new year off with a beautiful trail run along the Rogue River!

This run starts and finishes at Huntley Park located 7 miles up Jerry's Flat Road, east of Gold Beach.

The course is run on the Rogue River Walk heading downriver around the Jim Hunt Birding Loop and back. It is 100% single-track trail, but is not super technical, and has only 167ft of elevation gain.

A great event for someone who is trail curious, new to trail running, or an experienced trail runner looking for a fast 5k!

Pre-Registration: $25

Day-of Registration: $35, Cash and Venmo only

Registration includes: This gets you a well marked course, and finish line refreshments including hot chocolate, coffee, and snacks!

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Gold Beach Junior High and High School Cross Country Teams.

Follow signs for parking.

9-9:45AM - Race day registration, and check in. All participants must check in and get a bib number!

9:55AM - Pre race announcements.

10AM - Race start

Post race treats and beverages will start being served at 10:30AM.

There is no time cut off for this event, hikers are welcome!

No dogs will be allowed to participate in this event.
